Deliveries

For dry products, we use Australia Post. Please clearly nominate the delivery address. Please keep in mind that we are in a very remote community and that services are not always reliable: post office, Internet or electricity. It may take us a few days before sending the goods and the goods may not arrive in a timely manner.

For small quantities of fresh or frozen products, we use Qantas Freight. Items will be delivered to the major airport closest to you. If you would like us to organise courier service to pick up from the airport and deliver to your address, please ask us. All costs will be at your charge.

For large quantities, we can use the barge service to ship to Darwin and then road transport to most places in Australia. Keep in mind that it takes about three weeks to get to most places so if you are in a rush please request aeroplane delivery.

Overseas deliveries

At this stage, we do not ship goods overseas.

Payment

Maningrida Wild foods accepts the following methods of payment:

  • Credit cards: Visa, Mastercard and Amex only.
  • Direct bank transfer: please contact us for details. Ensure that the payment description includes your name and invoice number.

The goods are freighted or posted once payment has been confirmed.

Produce quality

We strive to always provide quality produce. It is, however, important to stress that our produce is harvested directly from the wild. This means the quality and physical appearance will vary significantly. We recommend the produce to be washed thoroughly before it is consumed. If you have any concerns or have any questions feel free to get in touch.

Availability of produce

If the goods you order are not immediately available we will contact you as soon as practicable. If you have already paid you will be given the opportunity to be provided with a refund or to wait until the goods are ready.

Goods damaged during transport or delivery

We do not take responsibility for damage to the goods during transport or delivery. If damage does occur, please contact us and we can attempt to seek damages from the transport company. We will also do all we can to assist and ensure that you are satisfied with our service.
